SMT Uses the "UM Cloud Conference" System to Negotiate Business Cooperation with the Expo Dubai 2020 Organizing Committee posted: 03/12/2020
The Expo Dubai 2020, which originally scheduled to be held in Dubai from October 20, 2020 to April 10, 2021, was officially postponed to October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
Recently, SMT was invited to have several cloud conversations with the Expo Dubai 2020 Organizing Committee, hoping to use SMTs self-developed cloud-based total solution to highly integrate multiple new technologies and help the Expo Dubai 2020 Organizing Committee to successfully create the first Cloud Expo, and achieved the destination of breaking the record of online exhibition scale and number of visitors.
SMT UM Cloud Conference System helped TO realize this transnational negotiation. Throughout the communication process, the Expo Dubai 2020 Organizing Committee initially experienced several advantages such as strong applicability (multilingual simultaneous interpretation), low latency, safety and reliability of the SMT UM cloud conference system, which added the foundation and confidence for future cooperation between the two parties.
SMT conducts multinational cloud cooperation negotiations with the Expo Dubai 2020 Organizing Committee through the self-developed product UM Cloud Conference system
How to successfully host the Expo Dubai 2020 under the constraints of the global epidemic? Or to increase the number of participants and expand the spread of influence?
Exhibitors are restricted, high-quality exhibitors from some countries cannot attend the exhibition
The flow of people at the venue is limited, and heavyweight guests and audiences cannot visit the venue in person
Professional media interviews are limited, some media cannot achieve on-site interview
In addition to the UM cloud conference system, the two parties also had an in-depth exchange on the entire cloud solution for the Expo Dubai 2020. SMT can provide a complete Cloud Expo solution for the Expo Dubai 2020, including exhibitors, guests, audiences, and media reporters.
The total cloud solution may become a path for large-scale international events under the global epidemic
Affected by the global epidemic, many international events, activities, and exhibitions have been cancelled or postponed. Due to China's effective epidemic prevention measures, some international activities have been launched in China under the premise of ensuring epidemic prevention requirements. The Cloud Solution can not only meet the requirements of flow control at the venue, but also integrate new technologies such as VR, AR, MR to enrich the fun of cloud exhibitions, and realize the continuous expansion of offline activities in the cloud, which becoming an important accelerator for the industrial transformation of international large-scale events.
SMT participated in many international events and activities including 2020 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, 2020 World VR Industry Conference, 2020 China International Import Expo, 2020 League of Legends Global Finals S10, and independently developed a cloud total solution which is suitable for various international large-scale events.
