Lightware Visual Engineering, a leading manufacturer of connectivity solutions for the professional integrated systems market and a pioneer in signal management, is announcing the appointment of Roger Takacs as Executive Vice President of Sales at Lightware Americas and the promotion of Marc Jones to National Sales Director for the United States. These strategic leadership changes underscore Lightware's commitment to driving growth and excellence in its sales operations across the region.
Roger Takacs, a seasoned professional with an impressive track record within the organisation, has been appointed Executive Vice President of Sales for the Americas. In his new role, Roger will be responsible for leading Lightware's sales teams across North, Central, and South America, driving strategy, and fostering relationships with key clients to expand its market presence.
Roger brings over 20 years of sales and leadership experience to this role. Since joining Lightware in 2022, he has served as VP of Education, where he has focused on fostering growth in the global educational market.

Marc joined Lightware in 2023 and has quickly made a significant impact as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast US. In this role, he excelled in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and consistently surpassing sales targets.
