NBA.com & NBA Mobile Generate 80% Increase in Visits, 70% in Videos Viewed vs. 2013

NBA Digital's comprehensive coverage of Samsung NBA Summer League 2014 from Las Vegas recorded double-digit audience growth across all platforms including NBA TV delivering its most-viewed live NBA Summer League coverage ever. The network's live game coverage from Las Vegas (July 11-21) averaged 102,000 household impressions and 115,000 total viewers, increases of 40% and 28% respectively over last year, as well as double digit increases across key demos, including +32% among men 18-34.

Throughout Samsung NBA Summer League 2014 from Las Vegas, NBA TV's primetime viewership was up 29% over the same period a year ago. Overall, based on household delivery, NBA TV delivered six of its top 10 most-viewed NBA Summer League telecasts of all time this year.

NBA TVs opening night Summer League game from Las Vegas - the Milwaukee Bucks and Jabari Parker facing the Cleveland Cavaliers and Andrew Wiggins - netted an average of 220,000 total viewers to become the second most-viewed NBA Summer League telecast of all time.

NBA Digital also generated record visits and video views during Samsung NBA Summer League 2014, with NBA.com and NBA Mobile collectively seeing an 80% increase in visits and more than 70% growth among video views compared with last year.

Additionally, the NBA Summer League Live subscription package, providing fans with access to all 92 live games from both Orlando and Las Vegas, received a record number of subscriptions, up 73% from the previous season.

The network's original programming throughout NBA Summer League also reached record consumption. Premiere editions of After Dark with Rick Fox and The Starters were up 106% and 53%, respectively, over the same time periods a year ago.
