Digital Domain Announcement - Erika W. Burton Named Executive Vice President/General Manager.

Academy Award winning Visual Effects studio, Digital Domain, announced today that Erika W. Burton has joined its ranks in the position of Executive Vice President/General Manager. As Digital Domain continues to bolster its executive ranks, Erika joins the team working on long term company goals and new initiatives, with her primary focus on production, sales and marketing. Erika will report to O.D Welch, President, Digital Domain.

Erika brings an incredible wealth of production experience and deep industry relationships to our studio, said O.D. Welch, President, Digital Domain. She is the ideal addition to this incredible team as we continue to grow, innovate, and develop new business objectives.

A veteran of the visual effects and animation industries, Erika's career has spanned more than twenty years. Most recently a Studio Executive at DreamWorks Animation, she also previously worked at other top tier entertainment studios, including Disney, ILM and Rhythm & Hues.

Erika is also a member of Visual Effects Society and the Producers Guild of America, and a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
