Continuing with their endeavour to bring the best of drama content into Africa, GoQuest Media Ventures, a leading TV content sales agency, has recently licensed 200 hours of one of their popular Indian drama Strange Love to My TV, a pay TV channel in Nigeria. After the success of first Indian soap Bade Achhe Lagte Hai on its channels, My TV decided to pick up the second series from GoQuest Media Ventures.

Strange Love starts airing on My TV from third week of May.

Strange Love is an engaging romantic and family drama series which makes one realise that sometimes the last person youd want to live with is the only person you cannot live without. It is about two people who are poles apart coming together and falling in love, their journey is marked with bitter sweet moments that strike a chord with the audience.

A huge hit among the audience, it has already been licensed to Middle East and Uganda. It created quite a stir in the on the social media and Facebook page of the channel from Uganda. The audience has started requesting the channel to increase the duration of the series from 30 minutes to one hour a day, an interesting phenomenon which explains the growing popularity of the series.

GoQuest media is a content sales agency based in India that licenses TV series and Bollywood Films to territories like South-East Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Currently, their repertoire consists of Indian Television Drama Series, Bollywood films, Indian and international Lifestyle shows, animation movies and series.
