EMG / Gravity Media, the leading force in production and content, media services and facilities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Martyn Edwards as the General Manager for the Middle East region. In his role, Martyn will be instrumental in harmonising operations, driving synergies, and leading strategic initiatives across the Middle East.

With over 20 years of extensive experience in the industry, Martyn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to EMG / Gravity Media spanning across Production Management and Technical / Engineering delivery roles. Joining EMG in 2015, he was appointed into a Project Director role in 2022.

The business has had a permanent operation in Qatar since 2007, servicing the burgeoning demand for live sport, entertainment, esports, conference, and cultural event coverage across the region. Most recently, the team facilitated Qatar 2022, equipping the host stadia with broadcast and communications infrastructure fit for this large-scale, high-profile event.
