Bei Dreh-, Fr s- oder Hartdrehapplikationen steigen die Anforderungen an Rundtische in Sachen Drehzahl, Drehmoment und Genauigkeit stetig. So m ssen Motoren f r Rundtische exakt ausgelegt und den Einsatzbedingungen entsprechend optimiert werden. Mit dem Einsatz von Schaeffler-Komponenten wie Rundtischlagern, Direktantrieben und Beratung ist es m glich, im Vorfeld der Realisierung eine Absch tzung der thermischen Stabilit t eines Systems zu erhalten. Risiken, wie sie gerade bei schnelldrehenden Rundtischen gegeben sind (z.B. thermische berlastung), werden minimiert. Durch die richtige Auswahl von Magnetmaterial, Motorentwicklung, Lagerkonzept und Steuerung ist es m glich, dass im Grenzbereich alle Komponenten stabil arbeiten. W rmeverlustleistungen werden verringert und die Systemgenauigkeit wird erh ht. Bei optimaler Auslegung k nnen so Kosten f r den Betrieb der Achse eingespart und Projektlaufzeiten verk rzt werden.
Ausgew hlte Komponenten f r den optimierten Einsatz
Mit der rotativen High-Performance-Direktantriebsserie RKI erreichte die INA Drives & Mechatronics AG & Co. KG (IDAM) herausragende und bis dato nicht erreichbare Leistungsmerkmale. Die Antriebe verf gen gegen ber herk mmlichen Torquemotoren ber ein um 30% h heres Moment. Drehzahl und mechanische Leistung sind um das F nffache gesteigert. Gleichzeitig sinkt die Verlustleistung um bis zu 60%. Damit wird weniger W rme erzeugt. Die Energieeffizienz wird verbessert, aufgrund geringerer K hlung sinken die Betriebskosten signifikant. Aber auch Downsizing-Optionen berzeugen: So k nnen bei gleicher Leistung kleinere Motoren eingesetzt und Kosten f r Umrichter und Motor reduziert werden.
Das Zusammenspiel der Komponenten, wie beispielsweise der Einfluss des Umrichters auf den Motor bzw. der Einfluss der Drehzahl auf den Ort der W rmeentstehung, ist entscheidend f r den wirtschaftlichen Betrieb der Achse. So ist ein unreflektiertes Zusammenstellen der Lager, Motoren, Steuerungen und Messsysteme bei derartigen Anwendungen ausgeschlossen. Eine Betrachtung des gesamten mechatronischen Systems ist zwingend. Bei der Anpassung der Motoren und Lagerkomponenten betrachtet man zun chst die geometrische Abstimmung innerhalb der Konstruktion. Weitere Merkmale, wie die Robustheit der Lagerkonzepte in Bezug auf W rmeeintrag sowie die Reibung bei maximalen Drehzahlen, sollten ebenfalls ber cksichtigt werden. So ist beispielsweise ein drehzahlfreudiges INA-High-Speed-Rundtischlager ZKLDF in Hinblick auf den W rmeeintrag in den Innenring bestens f r eine Kombination mit dem IDAM RKI-Antrieb geeignet.
Geeignete Kombinationen stellen in schnelldrehenden Anwendungen die IDAM-Motorenserie RKI High Speed oder die kostenoptimierte Version Smart Power in Verbindung mit YTRS- oder ZKLDF-Lagerl sungen dar. Die Experten der IDAM leisten bei der Vielzahl m glicher Kombinationen professionelle Unterst tzung bei Auslegung, Einbausituation und Simulation bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme.
Um das Zusammenspiel der Einzell sungen bewerten zu k nnen, ist es wichtig, das Gesamtsystem zu betrachten und bestimmte Effekte, wie beispielsweise die W rmeverlustleistung eines Rundtisches mit Fr s- und/oder Drehoption, zu kennen. Nur so ist es m glich, Einbauempfehlungen f r Lager, den dazugeh rigen Motor mit minimalen Verlusten im Rotor und auch die auf die Anwendung zugeschnittene K hlstrategie zu geben. Nur so lassen sich Verlustleistungen bzw. W rme um mehr als 50% reduzieren, Genauigkeiten erh hen und dabei Kosten sparen.
