At NAB2019 Show slomo.tv will showcase a new modernized Ripley server - the most compact broadcast grade slow motion and instant replay server incorporated into replay console. Ripley not only supports now a 662 configuration, but also can work as 8-channel videoReferee - R video judging system that meets the minimum FIFA requirements for VAR.

At IBC2018, slomo.tv introduced the most compact broadcast grade replay system in the standard replay console - Ripley . It provided simultaneously: record of 4 HD video channels, play 2 channels and search on all 4 channels. The system had 2 graphical outputs for displaying the main interface (GUI) and selected Multiviewer.

In addition to the providing instant replays, Ripley could function as a 6-channel videoReferee , which allowed it to provide video judging for basketball, wrestling, fencing, short track and so on.

At NAB2019, slomo.tv will demonstrate a new modernized Ripley . The new system can work in 662 configuration - this is simultaneous recording of 6 HD video inputs, playing 2 channels with transition effects and searching on all 6 recorded channels. Due to the increase in the number of recorded channels, the maximum capacity of the built-in SSD storage is now up to 266 hours of 100mbit HD video.

Like the previous model, the modernized Ripley server has LTC, RS-422 and GPIO connections for integration into professional environment.

Another useful feature is export of recorded video in native file formats of NLE systems over a local network to NAS or to a hard disk connected via USB 3.0

The new Ripley can work as an 8-channel videoReferee system. This number of recorded channels is sufficient to meet the minimum FIFA requirements for VAR.

As all big slomo.tv videoReferee systems -videoReferee - FC and videoReferee -F, videoReferee - R provides a built-in adjustable delay in displaying of main camera and supports such options as SDI output for broadcasters, monitor on the side of the field in RRA and Vokkero intercom.
