Marquis' Medway V3 Supports Adobe Premiere Pro CC 06 Aug 2013

Marquis Broadcast, specialist in content workflows and media integration software, has announced its flagship integration product, Medway V3, is now available with support for Adobe Premiere Pro CC.

Simon Fearn, product manager Marquis Broadcast explains: Adobe Premiere Pro CC is used by video professionals to edit, manipulate, and export their video projects. Medway will integrate with Adobe Premiere Pro CC into broadcast workflows that require media, sequences and metadata to be passed between video servers, MAMs and automation systems, as well as sending to other editing platforms.

To achieve this, Medway will support clip, sequence and metadata exchange with Adobe Premiere Pro CC, continues Fearn. Medway will transfer both single MXF media clips from Adobe Premiere Pro CC and XML sequences, export sequences and media to Adobe Premiere Pro CC and embed genealogy metadata in the XMP sidecar file to enable the source of the media to be tracked, streamlining users' workflows.
