Neue Schaeffler Technology Center - Premium-Kompetenz weltweit
Mit vier neuen, zertifizierten Schaeffler Technology Centern (STC) st rkt Schaeffler die Kompetenz in den Regionen und betreut Kunden vor Ort technisch noch umfassender. In den vergangenen Monaten wurden die Standorte Santiago (Chile), Seoul (Korea), Sutton Coldfield (England) und Braine L'Alleud (Belgien) zertifiziert. Weltweit stellen mittlerweile 25 Schaeffler Technology Center das hohe Premium-Wissen lokal und in unmittelbarer N he zum Kunden zur Verf gung. Mit zus tzlichen Standorten baut Schaeffler sein Global Technology Network (GTN) Schritt f r Schritt weiter aus.
Gepr fte Kompetenz sichert weltweit hohen Standard
Mit seinen weltweiten lokalen Ingenieuren sorgte Schaeffler auch bisher f r ein hohes Ma an technischem Know-how und umfassenden Service. Um jedoch den Titel Schaeffler Technology Center und das entsprechende Zertifikat zu erhalten, m ssen h chste Anforderungen und globale Standards erf llt sein. Das vorgegebene Leistungsspektrum umfasst zw lf Kompetenzbereiche, die bei internen Audits abgefragt werden. Mit ihrem Fachwissen sind die Ingenieure in den STC in der Lage, technische Fragestellungen direkt und schnell zu l sen. Die Kunden erhalten weltweit die optimale Produktberatung f r ihre Anwendung inklusive wichtiger Informationen hinsichtlich Lebensdauer, Schmierfristen, Einbautoleranzen und Montageservice. Ebenso geh ren auch die Zustands berwachung und Fehlerbeurteilung zum Portfolio eines STC. Regelm ige Schulungen, Workshops, Folge-Audits und der st ndige Austausch mit den weltweiten Experten-Netzwerken stellen diesen Standard dauerhaft sicher. Entsprechend der regionalen Marktanforderungen sind je Standort einzelne Kompetenzen besonders stark ausgepr gt. Beispielsweise ist in den vier neuen STC herausragendes Wissen in den Bereichen Montageservice (Chile), Zustands berwachung (UK), Schulungen (Belgien) oder Anwendungswissen (Korea) vorhanden.
Global Technology Network heute und morgen
Schaeffler arbeitet permanent daran, das weltweite Netzwerk zu verdichten und weiter auszubauen. Dazu geh rt auch die Zertifizierung weiterer Schaeffler Technology Center sowie Aufbau und St rkung der Experten-Netzwerke. Derzeit sorgen bereits 1.250 lokale Ingenieure an ber 130 Vertriebsstandorten und 25 Schaeffler Technology Centern f r die optimale Betreuung der Kunden vor Ort. Dahinter stehen 1.000 Branchen- und Produktexperten und insgesamt 6.000 Entwicklungsingenieure. Je nach Marktanforderungen werden zuk nftig an weiteren Standorten Kompetenzen aufgebaut und die Zertifizierung zum STC durchgef hrt.
