Picturepark Launches Customer Advisory Team

Aarau, Switzerland - 12 Oct 2015 - Swiss digital asset management software maker Picturepark announced today the launch of the Picturepark Customer Advisory Team (CAT). The CAT is designed to involve customers in the development of new product versions, and to enable them to discuss with Picturepark and one another ideas and tips.

Using a private, collaborative workspace designed specifically for the CAT, members can use desktop browsers or mobile apps to review and comment on topics posed by Picturepark, contribute ideas and tips of their own, see special announcements intended for CAT members, and attend private webinars in which demonstrations of new technologies and product builds will be shown.

Form-based feature requests are valuable, but they almost always require more conversation, explained Picturepark Product Manager, Olivia Schuett. The CAT will enable us to discuss those ideas in depth with the requester and other customers, and to share with them our ideas and new builds so they see can where Picturepark is headed. I think this will be valuable for all involved.

Along with Schuett, other regular CAT members from Picturepark will include lead developer and Picturepark creator, Urs Brogle; UX designer, Uros Savic; service executive, Victor Zebert; global marketing director, David Diamond; and CEO, Ramon Forster.

Membership is free and open to all current Picturepark customers.
