Standford s Maples Pavilion Set for New Daktronics Centerhung Display

Daktronics has partnered with Stanford University to design, manufacture and install a Daktronics centerhung display system, which slated to be installed this summer at Maples Pavilion in Stanford, California.

The centerhung display configuration will include four main displays each measuring approximately 8.5 feet high by 15.5 feet wide. The main displays will feature 6 millimeter line spacing and industry-leading wide angle visibility for a superior viewing experience from any seat in the house. Variable content zoning allows these displays to show one large picture or to show smaller zones filled with any combination of live video, instant replays, animations, scoring information and sponsor advertisements.

Four corner displays will complement the centerhung configuration by adding approximately 70 square feet of display space. These displays can showcase event sponsors and enhance the game-day experience by showing up-to-the-minute statistics and game information.

New Aquatics Video Display Adds a Splash to UC Davis' Outdoor Facility

Ted & Rand Schaal Aquatics Center at University of California Davis (UC Davis) has recently installed a new video display from Daktronics. The outdoor display is up and running as of this summer in Davis, California.

The aquatics display features 16 millimeter line spacing and measures approximately 6 feet high by 8.5 feet wide. Live video, instant replays, scores, up-to-the-minute statistics, sponsor advertising, graphics and animations are some of the display's capabilities that will keep fans informed and entertained.

UC Davis' display will provide multiple levels of protection from the elements, as well as incorporate high image clarity and contrast with wide-angle visibility to reach all fans at the facility.
