Remote Control Innovator Now Able to Award CEDIA Continuing Education Units to Dealers Who Attend the Companys Product Training CHANHASSEN, MN - December 27, 2004 - Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI), the leading producer of home entertainment system control technology, was recognized by CEDIA as a Continuing Education Units (CEU) Provider for its product training courses. Dealers are eligible to receive CEUs by attending RTIs training courses held at its Chanhassen, Minnesota headquarters and AVAD, LLC distribution centers nationwide, and by completing RTIs series of online training seminars. Dealers can find out where RTI will be hosting its next classes by contacting the company at 952.253.3100. Dealers can also login to the Dealers Only section of RTIs website, www.rticorp.com, and register for the online training seminars.
RTI became a CEU Provider so that we could contribute to the professional training of our dealers and those installers who are interested in designing advanced entertainment system control platforms, said Pete Baker, director of sales & marketing at RTI. When dealers personally attend an RTI training course, or undergo our online seminars, they get an edge in designing the most flexible, powerful, and reliable remote control systems. The CEDIA Continuing Education Unit Program was created to ensure that CEDIA Certified Professionals continue to develop their industry and technical knowledge base.
