Procam chosen to sponsor Production Managers Aociation

Procam, the UKs largest broadcast hire facility, has been selected as the official sponsor of camera kit hire services by the Production Managers Association (PMA).

This is the first time a camera kit hire sponsorship opportunity has arisen in eight years and Procam has been selected from several broadcast hire facilities in the UK for the prestigious position. Procam was chosen for its unrivalled technical knowledge and wide-ranging experience providing kit and crew to the major broadcasters and production companies in the UK including the BBC, ITV, Two Four and Monkey Kingdom.

The partnership will give members of the PMA access to Procams extensive client base and unrivalled technical knowledge. Over the next year Procam plans to deliver a number of seminars on innovations in production technology and will be PMA members number one contact for queries on the latest broadcast kit.

The PMA is made up of the industrys most experienced film, television, corporate and multimedia Production Managers, each of whom must have a minimum of three years experience as a Production Manager and at least six broadcast credits or equivalent in commercials and feature films or multimedia. The PMA only offers one sponsorship opportunity per area of business and Procam joins respected partners including The Farm Group and Panasonic.
