Job Description:

Working in a team environment, the Direct Sales Representative is an inside sales

position in Newbury Park, CA, responsible for achieving sales and revenue goals by

developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Answer incoming and make outgoing customer calls/emails.

Respond to customer requests, and questions regarding orders, service and products. Analyze and rectify customer concerns using established procedures.

Accurately prepare proposals and quotes, submit orders for processing and ensure on-time processing of orders.

Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets.

Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships through pro-active telesales activity.

Identify opportunities, prospective customers and market trends.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What we expect:

Minimum 1-3 years professional sales experience.

- Experience in and knowledge of the digital design and post production markets. Understanding of 3D software and its applications a plus.

- Telesales experience preferred.

- Highly motivated and results oriented

- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.

- Solid problem solving and consultative skills required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision.
