Uyajola 9/9 fans are in serious withdrawal after their favourite reality show went on a hiatus at the end of last year But could Jub Jub and the team be working on a new season?

If social media posts of the Moja Love presenter are anything to go by, season four is already in production.

The third season it's most explosive yet concluded at the end of last year. Since then, Moja Love viewers have been forced to watch other shows like You Promised To Marry Me and Isencane Lengane in its place.

But Jub Jub has been hinting that the production of a new season may be well underway. In various Instagram posts, the musician and presenter have been seen out and about, surrounded by bodyguards as is typical when filming the show.

However, both Moja Love and Jub Jub remain tight-lipped about the show's future.

-- Season three of Uyajola 9/9 saw the show trend on social media after viewers complained it crossed the line of invasion of privacy and violated several basic human rights.

But according to the Broadcasting Complaints Commission (BCCSA), the show would only pursue action by individuals who have been on the receiving end of such broadcasts.

JUB JUB AND MOJA LOVE AT LOGGERHEADS Throwing a spanner into the works of a new season of Uyajola 9/9 is a financial dispute between Moja Love and Jub Jub.

According to Sunday World, the channel has withheld the presenter's salary following his personal dispute with business partner Keabetswe Mokoena.

In December, the woman accused Jub Jub of gender-based violence towards her after a deal went wrong.

According to Moja Love, Jub Jub's actions have violated the channel's anti-gender-based violence policy, as implemented by CEO Aubrey Tau.

A source told the publication: The CEO is a proponent of anti-gender-based violence and abhors the abuse of women and children. He felt Jub Jub should be punished severely as that would serve as a deterrent to would-be transgressors of the company's policy.

Jub Jub is currently pursuing legal action against the channel.
