Nacht der Ausbildung bei Schaeffler in Schweinfurt
Mehr als 1.000 Besucher informieren sich ber Ausbildungsangebot
Sie l ten, bohren, drehen und schwei en, was das Zeug h lt: Es ist die Nacht der Ausbildung , die ber 1.000 Besucher ins Ausbildungszentrum von Schaeffler in den Schweinfurter Hafen lockte. Bewerbungen f r das neue Ausbildungsjahr sind noch bis Mitte Oktober m glich.
Hochkonzentriert und engagiert gehen sie zur Sache, versuchen sich beim Bohren, Biegen, Feilen, L ten, Kleben, S gen oder Schwei en. Dabei entstehen Herzen, Schl sselanh nger, Spinnen, Sterne oder Hui-Hui-Maschinen. Mehr als 1.000 Interessierte folgten der Einladung des Teams um Ausbildungsleiter Uwe Geisel zur Nacht der Ausbildung von Schaeffler in das Ausbildungszentrum im Schweinfurter Hafen.
Hier konnten die Jugendlichen einen ersten Eindruck von technischen Berufen gewinnen, selbst Hand anlegen und die dabei gefertigten Souvenirs mit nach Hause nehmen, nach Sch lerpraktika oder Ausbildungspl tzen fragen und sich umfassend ber Ausbildungs- und Karrierem glichkeiten bei Schaeffler informieren. Es standen sowohl Auszubildende aus jedem Lehrjahr als auch Ausbilder als Ansprechpartner rund um die unterschiedlichen Ausbildungsberufe zur Verf gung. Zudem gab es ein spannendes Rahmenprogramm - mit Vorf hrungen der Werksfeuerwehr, Rennen der Betriebssportgruppe Modellrennsport, dem Info-Truck der Metallberufe oder die Vorstellung des Rennwagens des Mainfranken Racing-Teams.
Junge Frauen und M dchen besonders interessiert
Ausbildungsleiter Uwe Geisel freute sich ber den enormen Zuspruch: Die Nacht der Ausbildung war ein voller Erfolg und eine richtig runde Sache! Die vielen Jugendlichen, die mit Familie und Freunden kamen, zeigten sehr gro es Interesse, fragten die jetzigen Auszubildenden genauso detailliert aus wie die Ausbilder. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass so viele Interessierte den Weg zu uns gefunden haben. Auffallend viele M dchen besuchten die Veranstaltung, um sich vor Ort zu informieren. Die Schweinfurter Abiturientin Verena bringt es auf den Punkt: Ich besuche die Nacht der Ausbildung, weil ich direkt mit den Azubis und Ausbildern sprechen und in diese Arbeitswelt reinschnuppern kann.
Nicht nur Sch ler und Schulabg nger waren gekommen, sondern auch Eltern, Lehrer und langj hrige Mitarbeiter von Schaeffler: Ich bin beeindruckt von der heutigen Vielfalt der M glichkeiten im Ausbildungsbereich von Schaeffler. Ich habe zun chst Industriemechaniker gelernt, dann ein Studium absolviert und arbeite nun als Ingenieur f r Schaeffler.
Auszubildende gaben Einblicke in ihre Berufsbilder
Stefan Scheer, Leiter Schaeffler Ausbildung Global, J rgen Montag, Leiter Referat Jugend, Schule und Soziales der Stadt Schweinfurt sowie die stellvertretende Landr tin des Landkreises Schweinfurt, Christine Bender, lobten unisono die beraus gelungene Veranstaltung, die deutlich macht, wie innovativ Schaeffler Ausbildung betreibt. Andreas Hamann, Personalleiter Industrie und Europa bei Schaeffler, zeigte sich begeistert vom Engagement der Auszubildenden, der Ausbilder und der Ausbildungsleitung: Nicht nur heute sehe ich ein hoch motiviertes Ausbildungsteam, welches eine erstklassige Ausbildung anbietet, mit der unser Nachwuchs auf die zuk nftigen Aufgaben bestens vorbereitet wird.
Die Schaeffler-Auszubildenden waren aufgeteilt in mehrere Projekte und gaben Einblicke in ihre jeweiligen Ausbildungsberufe zum/zur Industriemechaniker/-in, Mechatroniker/-in, Werkstoffpr fer/-in, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Oberfl chenbeschichter/-in. Zudem konnte man sich ber die dualen Studienm glichkeiten Bachelor of Engineering Maschinenbau und Bachelor of Engineering Mechatronik informieren. Diese Studieng nge werden in Verbindung mit der Hochschule f r angewandte Wissenschaften W rzburg-Schweinfurt mit vertiefter Praxis bei Schaeffler angeboten.
