VSN acquires M-Fact, company specializing in automatic content recognition It can be monitoring and auditing in real time of the content broadcast on TV and radio, with applications for advertising, copyright and electoral processes including audit through its detection platform.

VSN has announced the purchase of the company in 2014 NAB in Las Vegas M-Fact, r & d company that has developed a technology of ACR (auto contents recognition) in real time. Multiple applications of this technology allows to unify the worlds of Offline and Online (TV/Radio and internet platforms).

It can be monitoring and auditing in real time of the content broadcast on TV and radio, with applications for advertising, copyright and electoral processes including audit through its detection platform. In addition to synchronization and multi-screen interaction (TV, online) with a special emphasis on the distribution of advertising content and monetization for Second Screen applications.
