Influencer and YouTuber, Mihlali Ndamase has taken to Instagram to apologise to her followers after she demanded money owed to her by brands.

On Saturday 29 October, the content creator took to her Instagram Stories to name and shame big brands that did not pay her for her work

She started by putting Saint Lounge on blast and said, I hosted Saint Lounge in August. I still haven't received payment. Kindly advise when can expect my money my angels?

MIHLALI TELLS TO BRANDS PAY UP Tweeps wasted no time expressing how gatvol Mihlali was and applauded her for taking giants such as Vodacom. She shortly received her payments as owed.

Well, according to Daily Sun, Mihlali has apologised to her fans and expressed that they were not supposed to see that side of her.

She said, Hey my loves, so I wanted to take a moment to sincerely apologise to you guys for what you were exposed to this morning. It's very unfortunate that it had to get to that point, but once you've exhausted your options, what else can you resort to ? Sincerest apologies. I'm sorry you guys had to see that side of me. Hopefully, it will never come out again .

I APPERCIATE THE SUPPORT' Mihlali says her job is to give her fans content not to expose them to what happens behind the scenes.

I feel like it's my job to serve you guys content and whatever happens behind the scenes is really not your problem or your business. But I really do appreciate the support you guys showed me. I genuinely appreciate it. Even to my colleagues in the industry and those who spoke up as well, I really do appreciate it, says the 25-year-old.

She says she hopes that her opening up about the matter will help brands operate better as per Daily Sun.

Hopefully, we can get to a point where we all respect each other more and brands can pride themselves in upholding their end of the deal once the content has been delivered, she said.
