Agama Technologies, the specialist in video service quality and customer experience, today announced that Digicel Group, a Jamaica-based global telecommunications provider, has selected Agama to provide its end-to-end DTV monitoring solution. This solution covers the complete end-to-end hybrid IP/cable TV and OTT service distribution for linear and VoD services. It will enable Digicel to efficiently manage and operate its video services as these are rolled out across multiple markets.

Digicel is a fast growing telecommunications provider with operations in 33 markets in the Caribbean, Central America and Asia. It is now expanding its TV and video offerings in the Caribbean.
