Rena Ayer Joins Red Seat Ventures as Senior Vice President, Content & Talent Partnerships Los Angeles, CA - October 14, 2025 - Red Seat Ventures, a Fox Corporation company, today announced that Rena Ayer has been named Senior Vice President, Content & Talent Partnerships reporting to Chris Balfe, founder and CEO of Red Seat Ventures.
With more than a decade of media experience, Ayer will be responsible for developing and overseeing Red Seat Ventures' robust portfolio of content partnerships and deep roster of marquee talent relationships.
Rena is a dynamic media executive with a wealth of experience, and we're excited to welcome her to our team, said Balfe. Her entrepreneurial grit, sharp business acumen and operational excellence makes Rena the perfect fit as we continue to scale our content businesses.
A former attorney and U.S. Air Force veteran, Ayer was responsible for driving growth and scaling partnerships during her tenures at Sirius XM and Audible. She has launched innovative subscription models, expanded global platforms and forged industry-defining alliances with top creators and brands.
