Haishu Built E-commerce Talent Pool under Cooperation between Schools and Enterprises

Forty students from Ningbo Institute of Education were learning practical marketing in Haishu 896 College Students Pioneer Park which was built as a training camp for delivering E-commerce talents under the cooperation between schools and enterprises.

The training activity was of great importance due to lack of existing E-commerce talents and the tough situation of unemployment among graduating students. We are the bridge between schools and E-commerce enterprises. We provide students with the real-world experience before they go to work. said Ying Qunwei, responsible person from Haishu 896 College Students Pioneer Park. The Park mainly provides services in training guidance, information exchanges, market development, etc. The Pioneer Training Camp they set up this time is to intensify and scale up the talent training activity.

It is learned that under the mode of elite lecturers+actual practice , the Pioneer Training Camp has invited lecturers with hands-on experience to offer basic courses of E-commerce such as promotion, operation, art designing and customer service for forty students and help them find their orientation by teaching in accordance with their aptitude. Meantime, in the learning process, the students will participate in the actual practice like online operation and sales to checkout their learning results.

It's quite useful and helps me clarify my vocational target, said Zhang Junming, a graduate majoring in marketing. He said that the university education mainly focused on theoretical courses but lacked practices. After two weeks' study, he will put his direction on art designing to be a website beautician . Another student, Zhang Peng, is deeply interested in website operation.

Every student will receive three months' professional training practice in the camp. Students who perform well will be given the priority to be recommended to enterprises. Those who want to start their business in the Park will receive our support, said Ying Qunwei. He hopes the problem talent shortage which limits the upgrade and transformation of medium-sized and small enterprises will be solved through this mode. At the same time, he hopes this mode will provide more development opportunities for medium-sized and small enterprises in Internet+ age.
