Belden Announces Pricing of 00 Million Private Offering of 5.5% Senior Subordinated Notes

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Belden Inc. (NYSE: BDC), a global leader in signal transmission solutions for mission critical applications, today announced the pricing of its private offering of 300 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.5% senior subordinated notes due 2023 at an issue price of 100% of the principal amount. The offering size was increased to 300 million from 200 million. Belden expects this offering to close on March 21, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions. The notes will be guaranteed on a senior subordinated basis by certain of Belden's current and future domestic subsidiaries that guarantee Belden's indebtedness under its senior secured credit facility.

Belden intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay revolving borrowings under its senior secured credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
