New Managing Director for Teracue GmbH

-- The graduate engineer for audiovisual media joins the streaming specialist with more than 20 years of experience in various positions in the German AV and broadcast industry. After several years as branch manager at XL Video and XL Solutions, Breitkopf moved to the sales department of Production Resource Group AG. When the company was acquired by PRG, he was most recently responsible for the Corporate Events & Trade Shows division as Head of Sales and Account Management for several years.

Since 1991 Teracue has been succesfully developing hard and software, made in Germany , as a respected manufacturer within the IPTV and video sector. Teracue's products are used, in broadcasting stations, control centres, medical technology or also on cruise ships, where video content is streamed on-demand into the passengers cabins and much more. In 2014, Teracue became part of the eyevis Group and since its acquisition in 2018, it has been operating as an innovative and powerful part of the international represented Leyard Group. The Leyard Group includes display manufacturers such as Leyard, Planar and eyevis as well as companies like NaturalPoint, a leading provider of optical tracking solutions.

With Jakob, we were able to win a recognised industry expert for the management of Teracue GmbH. We are convinced that he can make a great contribution to the further growth of Teracue with his expertise and network, Thorsten Lipp, CEO Leyard Europe, is pleased about the engagement of Breitkopf.
