Invitation to conference call on Ericons restated financials for 05 and 06

As previously announced Ericsson is as of 2017 changing its reporting structure to reflect its new organization

Restated financials, 2016 by quarter and 2015 full year will be published March 10, at 08:00 CET

Ericssons CFO will present the restated financials on a conference call scheduled at 14:00 CET, March 10

Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) implemented a new company structure as of July 1, 2016. As previously announced, the company will start to report financials according to new segments that corresponds to the new company structure starting from the first quarter 2017. The earnings report for the first quarter will be published April 25, 2017.

To facilitate year-on-year comparisons the restated financials for 2016 by quarter, and 2015 full year, will be published on March 10, 2017, ahead of the first quarter report in April.

The company will issue a press release with the restated financials attached, including tables, in pdf-format. Following publication of the press release, the restated financials document will be available on Ericssons website at: https://www.ericsson.com/investors/financial-reports
