NAB 2026: Grass Valley to Showcase Expanded Media Infrastructure Capabilities

Grass Valley will demonstrate its Media Infrastructure capabilities at NAB Show 2026 (Booth C2408, Central Hall), bringing routing, signal processing, and orchestration across SDI and IP, on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The demonstration is built around the ACE-3901 gateway card, AMPP Orchestration, and Grass Valley's MXL-native AMPP OS.

With AMPP OS, ACE-3901 and AMPP Orchestration, Grass Valley is bringing hardware and software workflows together in one operational experience, helping customers modernize at the pace that is right for them while building the foundation for what comes next.

New at NAB

The ACE-3901-GRID application extends high-density connectivity from SDI infrastructure into AMPP OS, now MXL-native, creating a path between dedicated hardware resources and software-defined workflows. AMPP Orchestration consolidates multi-format, multi-platform routing into a single operational environment.

AMPP OS Updates

AMPP OS now natively supports NDI 6.3 and Dante audio streams, along with contribution sources from TVU MediaMesh and participant video via Zoom ISOcloud. TSL Hummingbird provides protocol conversion for managing legacy systems alongside software-defined workflows. LayerCake provisions complete production environments as deployable templates, including AMPP compute instances and routing configurations. Additional updates include NMOS Bridge for device discovery and control in mixed IP environments, integration with GV Orbit for unified orchestration, and new Kaleido-IP X Pro enhancements for multiviewing.
