Arvato Systems increases Amazon Web Services skill-set

50 AWS certifications awarded

G tersloh - Just a year after launching the AWS Business Group', Arvato Systems expends its AWS expertise for the future, achieving a milestone with 50 AWS accreditations.

Arvato Systems and Amazon Web Services (AWS) experts have already worked together in a special partnership for over a year. In October 2017, the IT specialist created the AWS Business Group to strengthen and broaden the basis of the public cloud business with AWS. An outcome of this cooperation is the ability to offer German medium-sized companies a complete cloud services and cloud management portfolio - enabling fast and flexible access to the cloud.

At the end of 2017, Arvato Systems received the "Think Big Award" for its commitment to the AWS strategic partnership. Danny Quick, Head of AWS Business Group, and his team took this motivation with them into the new year, successfully positioning themselves in the public cloud business. The Arvato Systems team of experts delivered advice and support to customers and prospects alike, not only at the key AWS event "Transformation Day", but also at the twelve introductory training sessions, the AWSome Days'.

From initial consulting to managed services, the Arvato Systems 'AWS Business Group' serves well-known German SME customers in many industries. Short distances between AWS and Arvato Systems make it easier to provide customers with new features at short notice and thus support many innovative projects.

The Arvato Systems team of experts draw on a wealth of practical experience. They regularly take part in further training and certifications to keep their AWS know-how up to date. "The AWS cloud is developing rapidly. It is important to us that we fully understand the opportunities and potential for our customers and can evaluate them correctly," says Danny Quick. However, the team does not want to rest on its laurels with the current 50 certifications from "Practitioner" to "Professional". The next certifications are already in the pipeline, so the goal of 100 certifications for 2019 is already achievable.
