Fujifilm is a pioneer in diagnostic imaging and information systems for healthcare, with a range of constantly evolving, clinically proven, products and technologies designed to assist medical professionals perform efficiently and effectively. The company are pleased to be attending the 100th RSNA annual meeting, being held from 30th November to 5th December 2014.

RSNA, the Radiological Society of North America, is holding the event at McCormick Place in Chicago, and this year's meeting includes a Centennial Showcase in Exhibit Hall D, which will feature a historical timeline and a special welcome from a virtual Wilhelm Roentgen.

Visitors can explore the Centennial Gallery featuring the stories behind RSNA, and the Cases of the Century, which gives attendees a chance to try their hand at diagnosis using only "vintage" images.

Fujifilm will be attending with their latest innovative solutions for Synapse, one of the most widely used PACS solutions in the world, that has transformed the management of radiology imaging services, as well as supporting image diagnosis with high-quality images, a variety of image processing features and user friendly operation.

Also on display, will be Fujifilm's Amulet Innovality with Tomosynthesis. Amulet Innovality is Fujifilm's most advanced breast imaging system to date. In addition to its 3D capabilities, it has a unique new hexagonal pixel detector for fast, low dose, high resolution examinations, and incorporates Intelligent AEC, which uses low-dose preshot images to define the mammary gland density (breast type) when selecting the x-ray energy and level of dose required.

Fujifilm's FDR Go Mobile, combining proven reliability with a full range of cassette-sized panels will also feature in their exhibition line-up. The FDR Go Mobile's panel flexibility provides an ideal opportunity for hospitals looking for either a single step to DR or a gradual step-by-step transition.
