A NEW FICTIONAL SERIES CREATED AND DIRECTED BY LLU S QU LEZ
STARRED BY CHINO DAR N, JAIME LORENTE, NATALIA DE MOLINA, SERGI L PEZ, ENRIC AUQUER AND EDUARD FERN NDEZ
Netflix has announced today the start of production of its new project, Mano de hierro. This thriller series of 6 episodes is created and directed by Llu s Qu lez and produced by TheMediapro Studio.
The cast is composed by Chino Dar n (The Kingdom, Stories Not to be Told), Jaime Lorente (Money Heist, Elite), Natalia de Molina (Qui n te cantar , One Year, One Night), Sergi L pez (The Barcelona Vampiress, Mediterraneo: The Law of the Sea), Enric Auquer (Perfect Life, Sky Rojo) and Eduard Fern ndez (Criminal, 30 coins).
Barcelona's sea port receives almost 6.000 containers per day. Goods from all over the world which, in just a year, can hide over 30.000 kilos of cocaine, making the port city one of Europe's most important entrances in the profitable business of drug trafficking. Joaquin Manchado knows well, he is the owner of the main terminal in the port of Barcelona. If someone wants to import an illegal load through the port they need to count with his support as well as the collaboration of all the criminal network he has shaped around him. However, an unexpected accident and the disappearance of an important load of cocaine will unchain a ruthless war riddled with murders and revenges.
The series has just started production and will move around several locations in Barcelona, L rida or Gerona in the following weeks.
