TVLogic unveils 31" 4K DCI Monitor and two new field monitors plus 6 NEW broadcast models
At IBC last year, TVLogic debuted a new 31" 4K DCI monitor specifically designed in response to the high demands for 4096 x 2160 DCI 4K digital cinema monitoring. In addition, two field monitors were also newly released; the 5.5 inch full HD resolution viewfinder monitor, and the 9 inch full HD resolution portable/field monitor.
4K DCI monitor - LUM-300W
The 31" LUM-300W is a 31" UHD/4K monitor with native 4K resolution of 4096x2160 and 10-bit driven IPS LCD panel that can display full screen 4K videos or 4 individual 1920x1080 images. In addition, The LUM-300W has a true digital processing engine with digital interfaces of 4 HD/3G-SDI, 4 HDMI and 2 Display Port. Featuring the widest viewing angle, high contrast ratio and wide color gamut, LUM-300W outstands amongst other 4K displays in its size and class.
The new 4K monitor provides the best moving picture quality with its automatic detection of input content information and synchronization of the panel's frame rate from 48Hz to 60Hz. Currently, the Digital cinema requires not only 4 times the resolution of Full HD which is 3840 x 2160, but an extended horizontal resolution of 4096 x 2160, a much wider color gamut than HDTV standards (ITU-R BT.709) and a warmer white reference.
The LUM-300W is expected to be the first 4K monitor in the industry that satisfies the true color depth, true resolution, true color gamut and true frame rate fulfilling the requirements of both the DCI and the UHDTV standards.
5.5 inch full HD resolution viewfinder monitor - VFM-058W
This new innovative and ergonomically designed viewfinder monitor will make your shooting environment highly comforting. VFM-058W offers an outstanding picture quality with a 5.5 LCD, and a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080. Its light solid magnesium case achieves the most efficient ventilation and portability. VFM-058W supports multi-formats including 3G/HD/SD-SDI and HDMI which offers a wide application range from DSLR cameras to Pro camcorder for broadcasting and film shooting.
VFM-058W features various different functions such as Max Brightness, Temperature Adaptive Color, HDMI-SDI cross conversion output, 1:1 pixel mode, Luma(Y') Zone Check, DSLR Scale, Waveform, Vectorscope, Range Error, Focus Assist, Markers, Audio Level Meter with speaker and time code display. Battery brackets, unique hood and carrying bag are available as optional accessories for a rich shooting experience. Acrylic filter will be supplied as one of the basic accessories.
9 inch full HD resolution portable/field monitor- LVM-095W
LVM-095W, a new 9-inch monitor reveals a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080, exactly 4 times the resolution of its predecessors - LVM-091W-M and LVM-091W-3G. Without the need of scaling, 1:1 pixel matching in native Full HD resolution reproduces the finest details of the Full HD source on screen and will never fail to miss focus or any noises.
LVM-095W will also satisfy the professional needs with the desired color gamut required by the HDTV standards specified in ITU-R BT.709. LVM-095W is equipped with digital interfaces - 2 SDI inputs, 1 SDI output and 1 HDMI input. Field upgrade via USB connector and more advance control through two RS-422 ports adds to professional convenience. All the professional features including Timecode Display, Waveform/Vecotorscope, Range Error, User Aspect Ratio, UMD, Closed Captions and Focus Assist are also supported.
In addition, TVLogic is unveiling two new value-added broadcast displays LVM-182W and LVM-232W, offering a wide viewing angle and the most competitive combination of TVLogic's features and performances. Also, new 2013 releases are: SRM-074W, a high luminance version of our popular 7 viewfinder/field production monitor; LVM-091W-3G, 9 production monitor ; LVM-327W, true 10-bit supported 32''LCD monitor with advanced video processing boards; PRM-207Q , a unique 1RU rack monitor with seven 2 960x540 displays in an ultra-compact sliding chassis.
