Fujifilm's Graduate Scheme Success

The Fujifilm Graduate Scheme was established in 2015 by Adrian Waller, General Manager, and reflects the company's values of continuous improvement and dedication to quality. As the scheme approaches its anniversary the first recruit is about to be promoted and a new 2016 graduate has just been appointed.
Craig Burrows joined Fujifilm in September 2015 as Business Development Associate after graduating from Southampton Solent University with a II:i in Business Studies. In his first year he has gained experience across the business and has been involved in several project deliveries. Craig will soon be promoted to Junior Account Manager with responsibility for the Southeast Coast region. He is a sports fan and Tottenham supporter, and he enjoys cars, surfing and playing the double bass. I love being part of Fujifilm's vision and have enjoyed being part of a growing and successfull business. I will continue to learn about the industry and how Fujfilm can provide solutions in this fascinating market. I'm just delighted to be a part of it. My moto is Teamwork makes the dream work, and this is certainly my experience of Fujifilm.
Louise Barlow, the scheme's second graduate appointment, started in June 2016. She graduated from University of Birmingham with a II:i in French and Business Management, which included a year spent in Paris and the Ard che. Louise is a keen performance artist, having studied dance for many years and played the trumpet with the English School's Orchestra at prestigious venues including the Royal Albert Hall and Mansion House. I have really enjoyed my first weeks at Fujifilm and everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. The graduate program at Fujifilm is perfect for me. Although it's an entry level position I've already been given a lot of work, with a lot more responsibility than just making tea! I am very happy to be busy and I'm really excited by the opportunity to develop myself quickly. I'm looking forward to getting out into the field once I've gained enough experience.
Adrian says We are very proud of the success of our Graduate Scheme, which was set up to provide opportunities for young people to develop and advance in our industry. Craig has been a true asset to our team and achieved a lot in his first year with Fujifilm. It's wonderful to see him successfully progress in the business. Louise's enthusiasm for her new role is impressive, and we look forward to welcoming her into the Fujifilm family.
