Brainstorm s new Infinity Set set to star at IBC 06

Augmented reality, TeleTransporter and the new HandTracking feature, among the many highlights of this year

IBC 2016, booth 7C12 - Brainstorm Multimedia will showcase at IBC 2016 the revolutionary virtual presentation called From Leonardo to Ricardo, an amazing visual history of virtual technology from its origins in the 15th century to the present day. This presentation, originally showcased at NAB 2016, introduces the latest features of Brainstorms Infinity Set virtual set application enhanced by graphics and other content created with Aston, Brainstorm's 3D graphics and CG solution.

Brainstorm will demonstrate the latest developments of Infinity Set, its award-winning virtual set, which further enhance the patented TrackFree technology. TrackFree is a completely new approach to virtual set production that combines the cost and simplicity of trackless systems with the advanced camera movements of the tracking environments to provide users with a previously unavailable third option for their virtual studio requirements.

Infinity Set's HandTracking feature, which enables presenters to trigger animations and graphics with the simple movement of their hands, is the latest of the jaw-dropping features made possible by TrackFree. Top of the list of these features is TeleTransporter, Brainstorm's revolutionary virtual traveler' feature used to outstanding effect during the latest Spanish general election, where a live presenter was teleported inside the main Congress Chamber of Spain during the election night coverage. The 3D Presenter is another unique TrackFree-based feature that generates a true 3D representation of the live presenter. This enables the talent to cast virtual shadows and reflections over other real and 3D objects within the virtual environment, greatly enhancing the realism of the program content.
