Vimsoft joins local busine owners to create jobs, expand offices and develop t for community

(DIEPPE, N.B. - June 13, 2016) A group of investors, along with Expansion Dieppe, revealed details on the latest addition to Dieppe's bourgeoning downtown. Bourgeois Financial Consultants, Proactif CFO Service and Vimsoft are collaborating to create a new office and retail building located at 50 rue du March .

The three businesses decided to collaborate on the new building as all three are expanding their workforce and required bigger office spaces to accommodate. They also wanted to be a part, and contribute to, the growing and vibrate downtown Dieppe area.

This really is a good news story, said Jeff Savoie, founder of Proactif CFO Service, on behalf of the group of investors. Not only are our three businesses growing and hiring, but our building will also further enhance the downtown area with additional retail spaces, contributing to the overall atmosphere and generating traffic in a positive way.

Combined, the businesses in the building are expected to bring over 60 jobs to the area over the next three years.

The Class A building will be very modern. It will have three floors totaling 16,425 square feet plus underground parking. The building will also be energy efficient with leading technology for HVAC and lighting.

Moving these growing businesses with the addition of well-paying jobs to our downtown, and adding retail spaces to the mix, is ideal for our development plan, said Yvon Lapierre, mayor of the City of Dieppe. The building will feature three retail spaces on the main floor. One space has already been claimed by Carte Blanche Upcycled Furniture and Accessories. The group will be looking to rent the other two spaces - one is 2500 square feet, the other 1500 square feet. Much of the office space is occupied by the three investing businesses, however there is 1600 square feet available on the second floor.
