The Full-Service Package for Doctors and Hospitals for Connection to Telematics Infrastructure

Arvato Systems offers a comprehensive installation and support package for connection to the telematics infrastructure (TI).

Together with its partners secunet and eHealthExperts, Arvato Systems is one of the first certified service providers in this segment on the market.

(Arvato Systems) G tersloh, Germany - The full-service package for doctors and hospitals for connection to the TI is now available following certification of the connector. Arvato Systems is teaming up with secunet and eHealthExperts to offer medical service providers and hospitals this comprehensive installation and support package.

With the connector now certified, the final piece of the My Access Service' installation service is now available. Over 40,000 advance orders can now be fulfilled. Three high-quality providers on the German healthcare market joined forces to create My Access Service': Arvato Systems who provides expertise in telematics infrastructure and software, secunet who supplies the connector, and eHealthExperts who developed the connector in collaboration with secunet. The latter also is in charge of long-term training for service providers. My Access Service' is geared primarily towards medical service providers who are required to connect medical practices and hospitals to the TI by the middle of next year.

My Access Service' was developed to guarantee an efficient, secure, and reliable connection to the TI, says Jan Wemmel, Head of eHealth at Arvato Systems. We are extremely pleased that the connector, which was developed specifically for the TI, has now been certified by gematik. With certification now in place, we are particularly well equipped for the complex challenge presented by the TI roll-out as an established and internationally renowned provider, says Wemmel. This ensures the highest possible security standards and seamless process workflows.

The high number of advance orders is proof of the tremendous interest in TI solutions from Arvato Systems and its partners. The software components developed by Arvato Systems were certified for the access service just a few weeks ago.

Background: All German medical and dentistry practices must be connected to the telematics infrastructure by 30 June 2019. The final date for placing an advance order for the components without incurring a penalty fee is 31 March 2019. Arvato Systems and its partners have been involved in each of the steps in the process to develop the TI dating back to 2013.
