Christie offers a cinematic experience in CineEurope 2016 Christie at CineEurope 2016 stand will feature a small movie theater equipped with a phosphorus laser projector and the LS series of Christie lives Audio speakers, making his debut in EMEA. Christie will be present in CineEurope 2016 (in Barcelona from 20 to 23 June) exhibiting a select range of cinema solutions. This will be the first time that Christie at CineEurope (Suite D) booth will emulate a small Hall of cinema where you can see and hear match projector shows laser Christie CP2208-LP, as well as the LS series of Christie lives Audio speakers, making his debut in EMEA. The booth will also feature Christie MicroTiles and LCD panels for digital signage in cinema halls.
In addition, CineEurope Auditorium Christie Solaria CP42LH will be installed from industry leading laser projector capabilities HFR 3DLP 4K RGB that will be equipped with 12 modules laser to generate 60,000 lumens. The system, which is intended to overcome 14 foot lamberts in 3D display, will use the RealD glasses. Leaning on Christie Freedom laser lighting rig, the CP42LH produces a spectrum of color that goes beyond the DCI P3 color space and even the Rec. by 2020, some features that make it RGB film screening system more advanced laser on the market.
In the small cinemas Christie at CineEurope you will see the Christie CP2208-LP, the new projection system match laser compatible with ICD offered 11,000 lumens, 3D capacity and virtually zero maintenance since it does not require re-lamping.
Adil Zerouali, director for Europe of Christie film, emphasizes that "able to illuminate screens up to 10.5 metres in width, CP2208-LP is a projector with a reduced cost of operation and excellent value for money, ideal for independent exhibitors, film festivals and art galleries that have a limited budget".
Cinema Christie at CineEurope boutique will be equipped with the new LS series of Christie Live Audio, speakers of Channel 4-way screen and surround 2-way incorporating the technology ribbon driver planar, characterized by its low distortion and its excellent transient response. The Hall will showcase trailers of the latest releases of movies with 7.1 sound.
In particular, the room will have channel screen LS1, S118 subwoofers and speakers speakers surround LS2S. In fact, this will be the first presentation in EMEA, the LS series, which is suitable for the majority of applications of distributed sound 5.1 and 7.1.
"Its a balanced solution in terms of price and features which facilitates economic access to high-level film sound, making it ideal for audio applications distributed in small and medium-sized auditoriums", says Chris Connett, director of business development of Christie EMEA audio solutions. Precisely, Connett will participate in a panel of the industry Tuesday 21 at 1150 hours on who will speak of the new LS series of Christie Live Audio and the trends in the industry.
Digital signage
On the other hand, Christie stand will showcase different digital signage solutions to give life to any cinema hall. So you can see two flat panel LCD Christie FHD462-X units arranged in vertical mode. This 46-inch panel has a Superfine bezel 3.7 mm and depth of only 3 inches. With its LED backlight and a high density of pixels, which makes it possible to view images clearer and more realistic from any distance, the Christie FHD461-X offers the brightness and sharpness that are needed in interior spaces.
Also on display will be a Christie FHQ981-L in landscape mode. Its a flat panel of 98 inches for the broadcasting of images of very high quality, contrast and richness of color that won the prize Sound & Vision Contractor 2015. This versatile panel ultra-HD offers the maximum performance with a low cost of ownership.
