One Million Yuan Awarded to Support E-commerce Innovation

Recently, Cixi won the E-commerce Innovation Model prize of one million yuan rewards from Ningbo E-business Special Support Fund under Ningbo Municipal Commission of Commerce and Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Finance.

For the past few years, Cixi pays high attention to e-business. With home appliance industry set as a competitive and leading industry, Cixi upgrades infrastructure for cyber economy, propels the internetizing of home appliance industry to the internetizing of other industries. According to statistics, Cixi has an online retail revenue of 10.018 billion yuan from January to October, ranking the first in Ningbo. Up till now, Cixi has 4 E-business platforms (IPC holders), 6 E-markets, and 654 registered enterprises for E-business, 287 online stores in Tmall.

Notably, Cixi Home Appliance Online store has initiated in 16 domestic first-tier platforms, as a Provincial model E-business County (city) supported by the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Home Appliance Service Center Co, Ltd. The online store has more than 30 home appliance enterprises, 62 brands covering 500 SKU of home appliance and a revenue of 66.59 million yuan this year. Besides, Provincial E-business Model County (City) program local life direction O2O platform Cixi Baodian , has also released its 2.0 upgraded version on 19th, September. By the end of 2015, it will be equipped with 100 AIO machines and sales has reached 4.08 million yuan so far, with 2816 enterprises and 71.666 thousand downloads.

Moreover, Chongshou town and Fujiaru village won the provincial E-business innovation model award respectively with 100 thousand yuan.
