To the great holiday - Victory Day and the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Republic of Belarus from the Nazi invaders, Beltelecom runs campaigns for veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

Traditionally, on May 9, Beltelecom provides free long-distance telephone calls to people with disabilities and participants of the Great Patriotic War (calls within the Republic of Belarus).

Free long-distance telephone calls are provided in the period from 00.00 hours 09/05/2019 until 24.00 hours 09/05/2019 automatically or by using a telephonist from residential telephones whose subscribers are the following individuals:

- Heroes of the Soviet Union;

- Full Calavier of the Order of Glory;

- invalids of the Great Patriotic War;

- participants of the Great Patriotic War;

- Persons who participated in the composition of the special forces in the demining of territories and objects after the liberation from the German occupation in 1943-1945;

- Persons awarded with orders and (or) medals of the USSR for selfless labor and impeccable military service in the rear during the years of the Great Patriotic War;

- Persons working on air defense facilities, local air defense, on the construction of fortifications, naval bases, airfields and other military facilities within the rear borders of operating fronts, on the frontline sections of railways and highways;

- members of the crews of ships of the transport fleet, interned at the beginning of World War II in the ports of other states;

- persons who worked in enterprises, institutions and organizations of the city of Leningrad during the blockade from September 8, 1941 to January 27, 1944 and awarded the medal "For the Defense of Leningrad", and persons awarded with the sign "Resident of besieged Leningrad"

- disabled since childhood due to injuries, contusions, injuries associated with hostilities during the Great Patriotic War, or with the consequences of hostilities that have reached the generally established retirement age.

To make a free call, you need to dial the number of the called subscriber yourself or order a telephone conversation from the home phone using the attendant. The order of free long-distance telephone calls from 00.00 09.05.2019 to 24.00 09.05.2019 is carried out by calling:

for subscribers of Brest and Brest region - 8-18;

for subscribers of Vitebsk and Vitebsk region - 8-18;

for subscribers of Gomel and Gomel region - 8-13;

for subscribers of Grodno and the Grodno region - 8-13;

for subscribers of Minsk and Minsk region - 8-13, 8-18;

for subscribers of Mogilev and Mogilev region - 8-18.

Inquiries on the provision of free long-distance telephone calls are provided by calling the unified reference information service 153.

The terms of the promotion are not applied to conversations with subscribers of mobile cellular networks, access to the Internet and use of paid reference and information services organized according to the long-distance principle.

Traditionally, Beltelecom annually extends the Victory Day with ZALA promotion, in which people with disabilities and veterans of the Great Patriotic War can connect to the ZALA Basic TV basic package and the ZALA interactive TV basic package for free and use the service without a monthly fee.

In honor of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Republic of Belarus from the Nazi invaders, from May 1, 2019 to August 31, 2019, the republican action "75 Years of Victory with ZALA for New Subscribers" is held.

In accordance with the terms of the promotion, individuals who have reached the age of 75 years who are not connected to the television services from RUE Beltelecom or whose registration and / or residence address does not provide television services are invited to join the basic package Premier of the interactive television ZALA or the basic package Standard TV of ZALA terrestrial television without an installation fee and with a 100% discount on the monthly fee for 3 months from the moment of connection.

Connection of new subscribers to television services is subject to technical availability. Connection on the terms of the action can be made in the service centers.
