Record Broken! WRAL-TV's Wilmoth Helps Al Roker Meet Another Guinness Milestone

They did it! WRAL-TV Weather Executive Aimee Wilmoth took part in Rokerthon on Monday, June 21, 2021, helping NBC Weatherman Al Roker break the Guinness World Record for the most people in an online weather reporting relay.

Wilmoth did her 60-second weather report from the DBAP. She participated alongside more than 50 other NBC-affiliate weathercasters from across the country. They collectively broke the record with 63 participants.
