Die globalen Megatrends Mobilit t und Industrie 4.0 sowie die konsequente Weiterentwicklung von W lz- und Gleitlagern sowie Linearf hrungen hinsichtlich Belastung, Lebensdauer und Leistungsverdichtung pr gen den Auftritt der Sparte Industrie der Schaeffler AG auf der Hannover Messe 2015. Neben den klassischen Themen wie Leistungssteigerung, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Energieeffizienz, stehen verst rkt die Themen Sensorik, Aktorik und Vernetzung sowie die kontinuierliche Zustands berwachung im Fokus der Produktentwicklung. Antriebskomponenten mit integrierter Sensorik und smarte Aktoren - wie wir sie in Hannover zeigen werden - sind Voraussetzung f r die Vernetzung von Maschinen und Anlagen und die Steuerung autonomer Prozesse in der Wertsch pfungskette unserer Kunden , so Robert Schullan, Mitglied im Vorstand der Schaeffler AG und Vorsitzender der Gesch ftsleitung Schaeffler Industrie.
In diesem Zusammenhang hob Schullan die Bedeutung der Hannover Messe und der MDA als internationale Plattform und Leitmesse f r Technologietrends in der Antriebs- und Fluidtechnik hervor. Die MDA bietet einen kompletten internationalen Branchen berblick und zeigt die aktuellen Branchentrends. In diesem Jahr werden wir insbesondere ber die Themen Industrie 4.0, Nachhaltigkeit und Energieeffizienz, Condition Monitoring Systeme, Antriebssysteme f r Windkraftanlagen und Dichtungstechnik diskutieren , so Schullan.

Dank unserer langj hrigen, starken Pr senz im indischen Markt und unserer innovativen L sungen werden wir bei den anstehenden Investitionen in Infrastruktur und Industrieanlagen des Landes sowie in erneuerbare Energien wertvolle technologische Unterst tzung anbieten k nnen , so Schullan. An vier Standorten entwickelt und fertigt Schaeffler Produkte f r den indischen Markt. Die f r Schaeffler bedeutendsten Industriebranchen in Indien sind die Landtechnik, Stahl- und Textilindustrie, Motorrad und Bahn, aber auch Produktionsmaschine und Windkraft. An seinem Standort Vadodara hat Schaeffler k rzlich sein erstes Schaeffler Technology Center f r Indien validiert. So k nnen das umfassende Engineering- und Service-Know-how auch lokal schnell umgesetzt und die Kunden optimal betreut werden.

Umweltfreundliche Antriebe, urbane und interurbane Mobilit t sowie das Thema Energie sind die Fokusfelder, der Schaeffler-Strategie Mobilit t f r morgen . Als Entwicklungspartner und globaler Automobil- und Industriezulieferer verf gt Schaeffler ber umfassendes Systemverst ndnis des Antriebsstranges sowohl bei Fahrzeugen als auch in industriellen Anwendungen. Die St rke von Schaeffler liegt im breiten Know-how, das neben dem Automobilbereich auch alle anderen urbanen und interurbanen Mobilit tsformen wie Zweirad, Bahn und Luftfahrt umfasst. Beim Thema Energie ist Schaeffler Entwicklungspartner sowohl f r die konventionelle und regenerative Energieerzeugung als auch f r eine m glichst effiziente Nutzung der eingesetzten Energie durch Produkte mit wenig Reibung. Industrie 4.0
Im Rahmen von Industrie 4.0 gewinnt die Vernetzung von Komponenten, Maschinen und Produktionssystemen untereinander mittels in der Maschine integrierter oder bergeordneter IT-Systeme eine hohe Bedeutung. Voraussetzung daf r sind Komponenten, die in der Lage sind, Zustandsinformationen zu sensieren und weiterzugeben. W lzlager spielen hier eine entscheidende Rolle, da sie F hrungs- und Positionieraufgaben bernehmen sowie alle Prozesskr fte und Bewegungen bertragen. In der Erweiterung von W lzlagern um Sensoren, Aktoren, Steuerungs- und Softwarekomponenten ist Schaeffler f hrend. Ziele sind zum Beispiel eine kontinuierliche Zustands berwachung bis hin zur autonomen L sungssuche bei Fehlermeldungen. Oder eine aktive Steuerung von Prozessen aufgrund von im Lager erhobenen Daten , so Robert Schullan.
Integriertes Drehmomentmessmodul f r h chste Pr zision und Effizienz
Ein Highlight daf r zeigt Schaeffler mit dem neuen magnetoelastischen FAG-Drehmomentmessmodul. Damit bietet Schaeffler eine mechatronische L sung, um Anwendungen und Prozesse wesentlich exakter zu berwachen und zu steuern. Als Anbieter von Lager- und Subsysteml sungen ist Schaeffler in der Lage, das Drehmomentmessmodul als einbaufertige, anwendungsspezifische L sung anzubieten. Mit der M glichkeit zur exakten berwachung von Maschinenzustand und -prozess durch die Erfassung des Drehmoments bietet Schaeffler eine wichtige Voraussetzung f r vernetzte und intelligente Prozesse auf dem Weg zu Industrie 4.0. Erste Anwendungen finden sich in der Landtechnik in drehmomentgesteuerten Dung- und D ngerstreuern.
Smart Aktor: Innovativer Gewindetrieb f r elektromechanische Linearaktoren
Mit einer neuen Bauform und einem neuen Funktionsprinzip erweitert Schaeffler sein Spindelprogramm um einen besonders tragf higen und leistungsdichten Gewindetrieb. Der Planetenw lzgewindetrieb PWG ebnet dabei den Weg zum Smart Aktor : elektromechanische Linearaktoren mit h chster Effizienz auf kleinstem Bauraum.
