Cantemo Konnekt: New App integrates Cantemo Portal with Adobe Anywhere

Las Vegas 04.14: Leading software developer for the rich media industry Cantemo has announced a new App integrating the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system with Adobe Anywhere, the companys breakthrough collaborative workflow platform.

The integration takes the remote media workflow for editors to the next level. In addition to searching, browsing and proxy editing remotely, the Cantemo Konnekt App allows remote craft editing using Adobe Premiere Pro CC from any remote location.

Adobe Anywhere removes the painful need of passing large files between the members in a production. This goes hand-in-hand with our vision of media management, where all media operations in Cantemo Portal can be done from any remote location simply by using a web browser, said Parham Azimi, CEO of Cantemo. This integration enables our customers to drive their workflows completely remotely, all the way from acquisition to editing, delivering, and archiving.

With this integration, users can search and add assets to Anywhere productions, and post back the resulting edit from Anywhere to the Portal. These operations can be done both through the Adobe Premiere Pro content panel and through the main Portal web interface. During this process, Portal makes sure to seamlessly copy and move assets to storages accessed by Anywhere when needed.

The integration with a digital asset management solution complements the Adobe Anywhere workflow, said Simon Williams, director of strategic relations at Adobe. The integration between Adobe Anywhere and Cantemo enhances our customers experience with Anywhere, helping to make their creative process even easier.
