Ymagis Group Strengthens Its Presence in Germany with Increased Services to Movie Exhibitors
D sseldorf, Berlin (Germany), Paris (France)/May 6, 2015/ Ymagis Group (ISIN: FR0011471291, MNEMONIC: MAGIS), the European specialist in digital technologies for the motion picture industry, today announced the expansion of its services to movie exhibitors in Germany with the establishment of new global service points for projection and audio systems, installation and maintenance. The group will now have technicians based in Berlin, D sseldorf, Munich, Frankfurt and Hamburg. This strategic move follows the merger of dcinex with Ymagis Group in October 2014.
In addition, Ymagis Group announced that, while ensuring a seamless transition, in the coming months it will be relocating to the main exhibitor services office in D sseldorf (Germany) its network operations center NOC' for clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Our new organizational structure in Germany is now fully-integrated and ready to benefit from the synergies generated by this association, said Jean Mizrahi, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ymagis Group. It offers German movie exhibitors a strong network of technicians, and allows us to be in closer proximity to our clients. As always, we will be providing reliable services, a wide-ranging portfolio of products, and flexible financing solutions as VPF' is no longer available for the financing of digital equipment.

Through its affiliate companies in Germany, the group provides services to movie exhibitors (projection and sound equipment, maintenance, software, financing solutions), as well as distributors, producers and advertising agencies (post-production, DCP mastering and content delivery) through the largest content delivery network in the country.
