Grass Valley Partners with FDM Broadcast at CAPER Show 2014
MONTREAL, October 23, 2014 Grass Valley, a Belden Brand, will partner with FDM Broadcast, a broadcast production solutions provider, at the CAPER Show 2014. As the new exclusive provider of Grass Valley production solutions in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia, FDM Broadcast will demonstrate a wide range of live production and news production products at the show. The LDX Series and LDX Compact series cameras, Karrera with K-Frame, K2 Summit 3G production client, K2 Dyno replay system, GV STRATUS, EDIUS, NVISION 8500 hybrid router, Imagestore master control system, Densit infrastructure, Kaleido-IP video multiviewer and GV Guardian will all be showcased at the FDM Broadcast booth G10.
The LDX Series and LDX Compact series offer identical, high-performance images with comparable feature sets in a variety of sizes to bring a new level of business flexibility. The Karrera with K-Frame takes a modular approach to production switchers, delivering more compelling, creative and engaging content, while the K2 Summit 3G production client delivers speed and stability for live event production and the K2 Dyno replay system offers dynamic instant replay.
Broadcast professionals can simplify their workflow with the GV STRATUS nonlinear media production tool and EDIUS multiformat editing software, while NVISION 8500 hybrid routers offer integrated audio processing and cable management that take advantage of high-density cabling, direct fiber connectivity and audio concentrators. Imagestore master control solutions from Grass Valley are designed to make play-to-air easy, and the Kaleido-IP video multiviewer delivers more ways to monitor and view local and remote IP multicast streams. And with the GV GUARDIAN remote monitoring application, the risk of on-air failure is alleviated. All solutions are supported by the proven Densit infrastructure, which offers unlimited scalability with outstanding performance quality.
