RED Digital Cinema has chosen Cine Photo Tools to be an official authorised dealer in South Africa offering the full line of RED cameras, including the newly-announced Weapon, available soon.
RED is synonymous with high definition, high performance digital filmmaking. RED systems can be found on sets of big blockbusters, television, adverts, music videos and even low-budget indie films. Mogul, maverick and visionary Jim Jannard took the same approach in creating RED systems as he does to life, pouring his unparalleled passion for cameras into creating a truly unique brand. From Hollywood heavyweights like Peter Jackson and Steven Soderbergh to acclaimed videographers/cinematographers such as Philip Bloom, the RED has received much praise across the globe. REDs are modular systems you can choose a body, a sensor, and pick a lens mount so that you can customise the camera based on your needs.
