Weather forecast and UV index for all provinces Gauteng: Cloudy at first otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers.

UVB sunburn index: Very high.

Mpumalanga: Cloudy and cool to warm with morning fog patches and drizzle along the escarpment, but partly cloudy in the west. Isolated showers and thundershowers are expected from the afternoon.

Limpopo: Cloudy in the east with morning fog patches and drizzle, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm.

North-West Province: Cloudy in the east at first, otherwise fine and hot becoming partly cloudy over the central and eastern parts where it will be warm. Isolated thunderstorms are expected in the east from the afternoon.

Free State: Cloudy in the east at first with morning fog patches, otherwise fine and warm, but hot in the north-west becoming partly cloudy over the central and eastern parts with isolated thunderstorms in the east from the afternoon.

Northern Cape: Fine and warm to hot but very hot in the north. It will be cool along the coast. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong southerly to south-easterly.

Western Cape: Fine and warm to hot but cool along the south coast where it will become partly cloudy by late afternoon. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong easterly to south-easterly.

UVB index: Extreme.

Western half of the Eastern Cape: Partly cloudy in the west at first otherwise fine and warm but cool along the coast. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh easterly.

Eastern half of the Eastern Cape: Cloudy with mist in places over the interior in the morning otherwise fine and warm but partly cloudy and cool along the coast and adjacent interior. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh easterly to north-easterly.

KwaZulu-Natal: Partly cloudy with morning fog in places over the interior, otherwise cool but warm in places in the north. It will become fine in the west at times. The wind along the coast will be gentle to moderate southerly becoming easterly to north-easterly from the south by late morning.

UVB index: Low.
