Feature-Rich, Widely Deployed Android TV Devices Enable Seamless Transition to Fully Managed Pay-TV Services for Network Operators
NAB Show 2025, Las Vegas, Apr. 2, 2025 - AgileTV, United Teleports and BNS today announced they have selected Evolution Digital as their preferred partner to supply Android TV devices as part of their fully managed pay-TV service. This partnership reinforces the companies' commitment to delivering a streamlined, future-ready entertainment experience for North American operators to offer a unique combination of traditional TV channels and OTT apps in a single interface.
Through this partnership, Evolution Digital's EVO FORCE 1 set-top box comes pre-integrated and certified for seamless compatibility with the AgileTV service. This ensures operators can transition effortlessly. By reducing costs and accelerating time to market, this collaboration empowers network operators to deliver high-value, revenue-generating video services with a competitive edge.
The AgileTV service provides operators with an innovative, cost-effective solution that effortlessly integrates traditional pay-TV with popular OTT streaming applications, said Marc Cohen, Chief Revenue Officer at Evolution Digital. Our EVO FORCE 1 set-top boxes are designed to maximize AgileTV's fully managed service, ensuring an exceptional experience for both operators and subscribers.
AgileTV, powered by United Teleports and BNS, provides a fully managed TV solution that combines service management, innovation, and shared risk, enabling network operators to offer competitive and regionally tailored services without the financial and operational burdens of maintaining complex pay-TV systems. With an intuitive interface that blends live, regionalized TV with OTT apps, AgileTV empowers operators to enhance subscriber engagement while maximizing profitability through a unique revenue-sharing model.
This partnership with Evolution Digital is a natural fit for our mission to provide a superior, hassle-free TV service for North American operators, said Lu Bolden, CEO of BNS. By supporting Evolution Digital's set-top devices, AgileTV ensures that operators can deliver a fully integrated and future-proof solution without costly infrastructure investments.
AgileTV, powered by United Teleports and BNS, will be demonstrated at the NAB Show 2025, booth W3172. For more information and to schedule a meeting, visit www.agiletv.com/usa.
