Free daily horoscope, celeb gossip and lucky numbers for 20 May, 2019

20/05/2019

CELEBRITIES BORN ON THIS DAY: Busta Rhymes, Bronson Pinchot, Jimmy Stewart, Danny Aiello, Cher, Joe Cocker.

ARIES (March 21-April 19): Slow-moving Saturn exerts its influence today. This may not seem like a great development, but it will allow you to retrace your steps over certain matters. That said; this is a day where your judgment may be a little off, it'll be a poor day for making promises, no matter how good your intentions are!

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): There's a rather disciplined, stern vibe about the day, thanks to Saturn. However, you may need to watch out for being too rigid. It's a day where you're likely to cut your budget a little too much and increase your workload as well. Your day-to- day routine may need a few tweaks, not a dramatic overhaul!

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): There's possibly a call for some kind of commitment, (not the romance kind though). However, this call could be smothered by the various and conflicting influences, which may send all kinds of contradictory advice, such as be impulsive; be zany; be original, but what is really needed is focus!

CANCER (June 21-July 22): Planetary shifts may well get you thinking about several key areas of your life; you may even believe that you need a massive overhaul in general. That said; there is a slightly pessimistic vibe to the planets. You shouldn't allow a one temporary backward step to negatively influence your long-term plans!

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): It's not a day ideally structured for a fire sign, but there are hidden assets. There's more cautious in the air; adventurous spirits will be more contained, and reliability may be a word you hear more than once. That said; don't let logic rule supreme your heart; let your heart have a say too!

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): Unsettling influences could rattle you slightly. If you have veered off-course in terms of cash, career or effort, then the planets will act like a mirror, reflecting back any potential pitfalls of your current strategies, or lack of them. You do need to pay attention to this planetary guidance, but you don't need to panic!

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): There may be a sense of something quite significant or momentous in the air, although you're not likely to see any visible signs of this. It's more an inner shift in your way of thinking. You're likely to become more of a power sign, which will last beyond today, so don't try to solve every little thing; pace yourself!

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): Mixed influences with an unsettling edge may well have you dismissing certain matters, especially the ones that look tricky to resolve. There is a certain benefit to be gained from postponing some decisions, but make sure you postpone the right ones - i.e. the ones linked to romance, not work!

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): The contradictory influences may feel a little restrictive. A low-level insecurity may influence certain decisions. It's possible that you'll feel a need to present a cheerful, confident front to mask this insecurity, but perhaps someone will surprise you with their sensitivity and understanding!

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): While other signs may be dealing with all kinds of ripples, you're likely to be waiting on the sideline. Look to incoming information to provide the impetus or incentive. It may not be as momentous as a stunning revelation; it's more likely to be of a reflective or advisory nature!

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): There's certainly scope for positive changes, but today you're likely to adopt a rather counterproductive approach. There could be the opportunity to take a new direction, although you will need to be a little more systematic than you would like. If you don't regard it as a restriction, you'll get further!

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): A slow-dawning realization is likely to mark the day. Maybe a chance comment from close quarters will get you thinking. Another person's perception may well cast a whole new light on a career or domestic matter. That said; it's unlikely that you'll get the full picture!

FOR THOSE OF US BORN ON THIS DAY: Happy Birthday! The months ahead are likely to start on a sweetly romantic note, but you could go a little too overboard in your efforts to impress someone special. You'll continue to need to keep an eye on the cash-flow until the spring, by which time you'll be back to your usual, practical self! The early summer suggests that you'll need to make that extra effort to juggle the key areas of your personal relationships, because there's a good chance that a promotion or reward at work or school will have you neglecting your friends! However, the fall looks as though it will be fabulous, with plenty of opportunities to make your mark!

CELEBRITY GOSSIP: Rita Ora is certainly extremely busy right now, with both her musical and television careers moving forward at speed. Rita's second album will soon be released for sale, but according to the planets, the release of her new music may actually harm her career as it will reveal that that there is little of any substance behind the hype!
