THE RIVER': TINA DLATHU The River audiences are complaining about actress Tina Dlathu's acting skills, who plays Khwezi Hlophe in the 1Magic telenovela.
Viewers of The River dubbed her emotionless and cold' with some revealing that they skip her scenes because she's dull'.

A viewer from the show tweeted:
I skip Khwezi's scenes because she's emotionless and has one range
Another viewer tweeted:
Is she not doing kissing scenes like her sister who plays Lindiwe?

THE QUEEN': NTANDO DUMA Musician and actress Ntando Duma is another actress who was endlessly criticised for her acting in The Queen. Duma who starred in the telenovela as Mpho Sebata was mostly ridiculed during her crying scenes.
Sowetan reported that the actress left the telenovela after she apparently secured a new role on a Netflix show. It is said that the project could put her on the map.
Duma's big break was on Rhythm City where she played the role of teenager Zinzi.

Gomora viewers took to social media to troll Moshe Ndiki's acting skills, his character Andile Faku and his storyline, when he joined the telenovela in season three.
Fans also demand to know how the actor scored the role as he can't act' while some fans revealed that the actor probably got the role because of his huge social media following.
The actor made headlines in season two for dragging Melusi (Zolis Xaluva), Gladys (Thembi Seete), and Thati's (Katlego Danke) love triangle storyline on social media and admitted he's a huge fan of the show and was even invited on set.
He lost his lavish Sandton life and his cushy private school job because of the habit, landing him at Gomora High, and thinks his new gig is beneath him, according to Sowetan.
Viewers also criticised Ndiki's humour when he joined the show and felt that he was overdoing it as his style of acting doesn't fit the telenovela.

Muvhango fans were unimpressed when Rendani's husband Hulisani originally played by popular actor Khathu Ramabulana was replaced with rising star Burnett Gededger in December 2020.
The SABC2 soapie Muvhango recast the role of Hulisani and changed the actor without warning fans.
According to TshisaLIVE, Word of Mouth Pictures production never confirmed rumours in August that actor Khathu Ramabulana, who played Hulisani, had left the show, but fans were left shook on Monday night when a new actor playing the role of Hulisani confirmed their fave was gone.
Gededger's acting was often compared to the talented Ramabulana until the character got written out.

THE QUEEN': MOLEMO TLALI Khumo and Olerato are proof that beautiful people can be boring as hell
Yerrr they have no chemistry. Their relationship is just a yawn-fest nje.
Feel sorry for the actors because people may interpret this as bad acting when it's just bad casting. #TheQueenMzansi pic.twitter.com/7mF4yL1JJq

THE QUEEN': MOLEMO TLALI Newcomer, Molemo Tlali, who got his big break on the Mzansi Magic telenovela The Queen never impressed viewers of the show with his acting.
Fans of the show often stated that he's not suitable for the role while entertainment commentator, Phil Mphela revealed that Tlali was a miscast for the character.
Mphela, who revealed the actor got written out on 2 December 2021 also commented on his on-screen romance with Lorraine Moropa's character, Olerato, and stated that the pair had no chemistry.
The actor revealed in an interview with Drum Magazine that he had no acting experience before joining the telenovela.
The newcomer also blocked entertainment commentator Phil Mphela, on Twitter when he commented on his role.
