Astro expands its OTT aggregation play with TVBAnywhere App

Dynasty Pack customers enjoy free access to Premium Service
Astro and TVB Anywhere, the OTT service of Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) are pleased to announce that Astro Dynasty Pack customers can enjoy FREE Premium Service access (worth RM39.90/month) to the best of Hong Kong entertainment on the TVBAnywhere app in Malaysia starting 13 September 2021 at 3:00pm.
TVBAnywhere offers an extensive library of over 40,000 hours of the biggest Cantonese entertainment, comprising the most in-demand variety shows to the hottest drama series. The Premium Service comes with a fully-fledged complimentary content offering including the VOD Zone that provides complete access to latest TVB dramas and variety shows within one hour after the HK TV premiere; and the Channel Zone that offers five linear TVB channels namely TVB International Jade, TVB News Channel, TVB Entertainment News, TVB Finance and Information Channel and TVB XingHe with a 3-hour playback function.

The vast content library of TVBAnywhere includes new originals such as AI Romantic and Story Of Zom-B, as well as latest dramas titles like The Kwoks And What and The Line Watchers. Apart from drama series, a wide range of inspiring genre from music, talk shows to reality shows such as Music Wall Hall, Family Feud, Please Mind The Gap and more, as well as a conspectus of timeless classics including Dark Tales, Healing Hands and Triumph In The Skies will also be available. Besides TVB's classic and latest content, TVBAnywhere also provides popular drama series from the Mainland China. Viewers can enjoy the content in multiple audio-options on the app including Cantonese and Mandarin whilst subtitles will be available in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English.
Astro Dynasty Pack customers can download TVBAnywhere via Apple App Store, Google Play Store and HUAWEI AppGallery to enjoy free access by signing in with their Astro ID from 3:00pm on 13 September 2021. Privileges Dynasty Pack customers can enjoy include two concurrent viewings with one account enabling sharing amongst family members, less video ads and the ability to download their content for offline viewing via mobile devices and Android TVs anywhere, anytime they want.
TVBAnywhere is the latest addition to Astro's expanding line-up of premium app partnerships which include HBO GO, Disney Hotstar, IQIYI and soon to be launched Netflix.
