Weather forecast and UV index for all provinces Gauteng: Partly cloudy and cool but warm in the north.

UVB sunburn index: Moderate.

Mpumalanga: Morning fog patches over the southern Highveld, otherwise fine and cool but warm to hot in the Lowveld. It will become partly cloudy in the afternoon.

Limpopo: Fine and warm, becoming partly cloudy over the central and western parts from the afternoon. It will be hot in places in the Lowveld.

North-West Province: Fine and warm, becoming partly cloudy with isolated thunderstorms over the extreme western parts.

Free State: Cool along the coast with morning fog, otherwise fine to partly cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers expected in the eastern parts. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-westerly becoming south-westerly to southerly in the afternoon.

Northern Cape: Cloudy along the coast with morning fog where it will be cool, otherwise fine and warm, but hot in the north-west, becoming partly cloudy over the interior from the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-westerly.

Western Cape: Partly cloudy over the central interior in the morning, otherwise cloudy with rain and showers in the west in the morning spreading eastwards along the south coast and adjacent interior during the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-westerly to westerly becoming south-westerly to southerly in the afternoon.

UVB index: Moderate.

Western half of the Eastern Cape: Cloudy and cool with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered along the coast and adjacent interior. The wind along the coast will be Moderate to fresh south westerly.

Eastern half of the Eastern Cape: Partly cloudy and cool but warm in the east with scattered showers and thundershowers. The wind along the coast will be Moderate to fresh south westerly.

KwaZulu-Natal: Partly cloudy and warm, but hot in places in the north-east. It will become cloudy in the afternoon with isolated evening showers and thundershowers, but scattered in the south. The wind along the coast will be Moderate to fresh north-easterly, becoming southerly to south-westerly south of Durban from late morning, spreading to St Lucia in the evening.
