Cinedigm Closes Underwritten Public Offering LOS ANGELES & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cinedigm Corp. (NASDAQ: CIDM), a leading independent content distributor in the United States, announced today it closed an underwritten public offering of 11,730,000 shares, inclusive of the full over-allotment option, of Class A common stock, at a price to the public of $2.70 per share. The Company plans to use the approximately $29.7 million in net proceeds for working capital, to fund potential future acquisitions and for other general corporate purposes.

In connection with the offering, Piper Jaffray & Co. acted as the sole manager.
